RENTAL AGREEMENT

DELIVERY BY LESSOR: Customer acknowledges that Jump Wright, LLC will deliver and setup their inflatable rental unit and/or 360 Photo Booth to the address that is specified at the time of reservation. Customer grants Jump Wright, LLC the right to enter said property for the delivery and retrieval of the inflatable rental unit and/or 360 Photo Booth at a time that is agreed by both parties.

Customer, hereby voluntarily and expressly release, indemnify, discharge and hold harmless Jump Wright, LLC from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes, or rights of actions, whether personal to Jump Wright, LLC, or to a third party, which are in any way connected with the participation and use of the inflatable unit rental and/or 360 Photo Booth.  This includes negligent acts or omissions, any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities. This also includes reasonable attorney’s fees arising by reason of injury, damage to property or death of persons, in connection with or resulting from the use of the inflatable rental unit and/or 360 Photo Booth, which is not limited to, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the inflatable rental unit.

In consideration for the inflatable rental unit and/or 360 Photo Booth, the undersigned for themselves and any minor children which the undersigned is the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise responsible party, any heirs, personal representative or assigns do hereby release Jump Wright, LLC, its principals, directors, officers, agents, employees and volunteers from any liability and waive any claims for damage arising from any cause whatsoever, except that which is gross negligence.

I acknowledge that I have adequate homeowner's insurance, tenant insurance, or other liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage which might occur to myself, my guests, or my invitees from the use of the rental unit.  Customer agrees to supervise both the equipment and its use at all time that said equipment is in the possession of the customer.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

The Customer will provide their own liability insurance unless otherwise specified. Customer is responsible for the replacement value of the inflatable rental unit and/or 360 Photo Booth and/or peripherals in the event of theft, vandalism, fire, or any act which may damage or destroy the inflatable rental unit and/or 360 Photo Booth.

All invoices must be paid by cash, credit card, or money order.

Failure to observe the terms of this agreement, or failure to make payment, or failure to have Jump Wright rental equipment available for return as agreed to, shall make Lessee liable to Lessor for an additional one day rental fee per day until all equipment is returned, plus any court, legal, and/or attorney fees incurred in order to obtain return of these rented products.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

The Customer has the option to cancel up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date; otherwise, a $35.00 cancellation fee is charged. In the event that the unit does not work properly, the Customer should notify the Lessor. No refund will be issued once the unit is delivered and/or set-up for use.

 

 

COVID-19 POLICY:

Renters are responsible for observing all federal, state, and local laws regarding COVID-19 and that by renting inflatable bounce houses, water slides , rand/or the 360 Photo Booth, enters are voluntarily assuming (For themselves and for any minors) all risks related to COVID-19 exposure and hereby indeminifies and hold harmless Jump Wright, LLC.

RAIN POLICY:

During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.), Jump Wright, LLC reserves the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not too severe, Jump Wright, LLC will give you the option of keeping the inflatable rental unit or change your reservation based on the availability of the rescheduled date. If you decide to keep the inflatable rental unit or 360 Photo Booth for the term of this rental agreement, there will be no refund once the unit is delivered and/or set up. All applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

 

SHOULD THE INFLATABLE UNIT BEGIN TO DEFLATE:

  1. The motor has stopped - check the cord connection at the outlet and at the motor. Remember use of more than one (1) extension cord can trip the circuit breaker.

  2. The motor continues to run - check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage. Check both tubes on back of inflatable unit for snugness; and retie if necessary.

  3. Any problems or questions with equipment please call Willie at 334-724-7065 or Emily at 334-220-7058.

Our delivery personnel will return to pick up the unitif the need arises.

SIGNED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

I acknowledge and certify that I have had sufficient opportunity to read the entire Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity agreement, that I understand its content and that I execute it freely, intelligently and without duress of any kind and agree to be bound by its terms. I further acknowledge and agree that the inflatable rental unit and/or 360 Photo Booth is in good working condition.  I have received and agree to follow the safety & emergency operating procedures at ALL times during the operation and use of all inflatable rental unit(s) and/or 360 Photo Booth.  I understand that a responsible adult must supervise the inflatable rental unit at all times and that you will be responsible for the children using this inflatable rental unit.  I will follow the rules regarding height, weight and sorting children by size and obey the rules posted on the units.  I further agree to remove children who are not following the rules for the inflatable rental unit for their own safety and the safety of others.  I will not tamper or allow anyone else at the event to tamper with the tie downs securing the unit. I will not move the inflatable unit unless I have been instructed to do so by Jump Wright LLC.

I agree to accept for use as is, this inflatable rental unit listed on this form and to accept full responsibility for the care of all equipment while it is in my possession. I agree to pay full retail value of any equipment rented under this agreement that I do not return. I agree to pay extra rental fees for any equipment returned late. I agree to return all rental equipment, to include table, chairs, etc. by the agreed upon time and date in a clean condition to avoid any additional charge. I agree to follow all rules stated on this agreement.

I agree to pay the cost of any excessively dirty or damaged equipment rented under this agreement that is determined to be damaged upon re-inspection by Jump Wright, LLC during pickup. Customer will receive an invoice for the damaged cost within 24 hours from Jump Wright, LLC and must remit payment within 5 business days. Failure to make the payment shall make Customer liable to Jump Wright, LLC for any legal and/or attorney fees incurred in order to repair the unit.

I acknowledge and certify that I have read all pages of this rental agreement and the release and waiver of liability and indemnity agreement and agree to the terms as printed.
